Middels dit bericht stellen wij, Today’s Tomorrow B.V. (“TT”), als de beheerder van het GFH Paraplufonds u op de hoogte van het volgende:

Door twijfel van de Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) over de getrouwe en accurate waardering van een deel van de beleggingen (activa) die het GFH Paraplufonds in de portefeuille heeft, is er een tijdelijke opschorting van de inschrijving, inkoop en terugbetaling van rechten van deelneming in het GFH Paraplufonds afgekondigd. Momenteel wordt onderzocht of alle eerdergenoemde activa getrouw en accuraat zijn gewaardeerd. TT spant zich in om de periode van opschorting zo kort als mogelijk te laten zijn.

Due to the existing doubt of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) about the faithful and accurate valuation of the assets in the investment portfolio of the GFH Umbrella Funds, a temporarily suspension of registration, purchase and redemption of units in the GFH Umbrella Fund has been imposed.

At this moment there will be examined if all of the aforementioned assets in the investment portfolios of the GFH Umbrella Fund are faithful and accurate appreciated. Today’s Tomorrow attempts to make the period of suspension as short as possible.

Furthermore, we inform you of the fact that Today’s Tomorrow will disregard her role Management Company of the GFH Umbrella Fund. This will expectedly happen in spring 2017.
As soon as there is more clarity about the liquidation process of TT’s management activities we will contact the participants.
